Single Phase Current Logger the EC-1A Range
Used by power distribution companies, facilities management, power management and optimisation companies to monitor loads from 5A to 10kA, model dependent. It can be used for energy audits and the monitoring and logging of new low energy products, eg, LED lighting, low energy bulbs,...... at the other end of the spectrum it can be used to highlight real loading problems. Note, the Rogowski Coil breaks open at the black joint, allowing it to be placed around the cable without having to break the main circuit.
All Electrocorders use a constant sampling technique, meaning they sample every cycle multiple times, missing very little data! Many, many other brands do not, they simply sleep for 99.99% of the time, waken to take a sample, then sleep; they miss 99.99% of the data! How can you perform a load survey when 99.99% of the load data is missing?
The EC-1A-xK models are designed for large loads, 400A, 1kA, 2kA or 3kA, if you require higher inputs, 5kA or 10kA, please let us know. The Rogowski Coils fit around cables of 140mm cables.
EC-1A-xK-IP65-**-KIT includes logger (1), Rogowski Coil (1), USB
lead (1), software (1), 12Vdc PSU and carry case (1).
For current ranges of 3A to 300A we recommend the use of the
EC-3CT model.
